André Lalonde has been a part of the RJR Team for over seven years now and has recently moved into the Support Team Lead role. Having previously worked as an IT Service Management Consultant, André brings a sound level of experience to his new role. Having worked with many of our clients over the years, André understands our client’s environments, and more importantly, the level of support required for every scenario.
Providing support to our customers doesn’t mean closing a ticket and moving on. RJR ensures the utmost customer service not only by ensuring a full understanding of the problem at hand in order to rectify the issue, but to also train our customers in order to prevent duplicate issues. Our Support Team strives to educate our customers on new releases and functionalities, and most importantly, to build a lasting relationship.
