Nicolas RoomeEarlier this month, RJR Innovations celebrated their 10 year anniversary, and as a company grows so do its employees. “The personal growth of our employees has been a big part of RJR’s success and today we celebrate the continued growth of Nic Roome, IT Service Management Consultant as he marks his four year anniversary with RJR Innovations.” States Ron Sorrell, CIO and Support Manager.

Nic Roome joined RJR as a Support Analyst in 2010. Nic was very quick at demonstrating his problem and resolution skills and commitment to excellent customer service. Due to his commitment and ability to work as a team player, Nic transitioned to a full ITSM Consultant within two years with RJR.

Several Clients have provided RJR with very positive feedback regarding Nic’s work, specifically his dedication in putting in the utmost effort during the implementation of BMC Software’s Remedyforce product, whether on-site or rendered remotely. Over the past year Nic has continued to progress as an ITSM Consultant with continued growth in experience and is always willing to take time out of his busy schedule to learn the latest and greatest about the products we service and support.
