As RJR Innovations enters its 2nd Quarter of FY2015, we are proud to share the news with our valued Partner Community of the great success we had in FY2014!
Looking back, we came out of FY2013 with a 55% decrease in Sales Revenue from the previous FY2012. This decrease provided an opportunity for RJR’s Executive Management Team to brainstorm in order to come up with a new strategy.
A decision was made to re-build RJR’s Sales Organization from the ground up during the 2nd Quarter of FY2014 and new sales processes were put into place. Although the re-organization resulted in fewer Sales Team Members compared to FY2013, we saw a substantial increase of 123% in Software Sales for FY2014!
“It seems like it was just yesterday that the Executive Team met and faced some tough decisions. It is hard to believe that it has already been a year since we chose to re-build our Sales Organization from the ground up. We believe that the changes we implemented had a direct impact on our increased Software Sales.” said Robert Beauchamp, President and CEO of RJR Innovations.
RJR not only saw a generous increase in Software Sales, but revenue from Professional Services increased by 85% with many of our Solution migrations coming to fruition.
FY2015 is starting off great with an increase of 537.50% in Managed Services and a 29% increase in pipeline generation. We see the next two quarters mirroring the last two which is very exciting for everyone here at RJR!
