With the upcoming release of iOS 17 scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023 some users may experience issues with accessing the MobilePASS+ application or generating an OTP (One Time Password) code.
The following conditions may be affected (including but not limited to):
- iOS devices updated to iOS 17 beta and potentially iOS 17 official release and
- MobilePASS+ for iOS v2.5.2 or earlier
To avoid immediate impact, users should not update to iOS 17 at this time.
