Executive Vice President Digital Identity & Security,
Thales
As we write to you today, our thoughts go out to all of those who have been personally impacted by COVID-19 and to those who are helping safeguard our communities and assist in their recovery.
Our goal at Thales is to continue serving our customers around the world, while protecting all of our employees and stakeholders, and combatting the spread of the virus.
Since the outbreak of COVID 19, Thales has been closely monitoring the situation in liaison with our operations and the authorities concerned, adjusting our plans according to the evolution of the situation in each of the 68 countries where we operate.
The Group remains fully mobilised, adapting as best as we can to continue supporting you in this complex and continuously changing environment, with the help of our local teams.
Within Thales’ Digital Identity & Security business, we are continuously analysing the business impact of COVID-19. This involves the delivery of products and services to all of our 30,000+ customers, the smooth running of our production and engineering sites as well as the goods and services we buy from our suppliers. As a consequence, we have massively adopted home working, when possible, with increased capacity for securely accessing network resources.
To ensure the well-being of our people and other stakeholders, we have already implemented strong health and safety practices in our sites located in risk areas and these will be reinforced in line with changes to World Health Authority or local government recommendations.
Each of our customers has unique, evolving needs, and our account management team will remain in constant contact with you, to address any concerns you may have.
We’re all in this together. Until these challenging times are behind us, let’s all do our part to protect our employees and families, our stakeholders as well as our communities.
Thank you for your continued trust in Thales.
