The 2009 BMC Software Service Desk Express (SDE) ITSMe Partner Forum was held on June 3rd and 4th in Dublin, Ireland. Having received earlier in the year its BMC EMEA Solutions Partnership, RJR Innovations was thrilled to attend this annual forum which greatly benefits BMC’s SDE Partners. Over the two-day event, Partners met and many new technology and integration tools were presented and discussed. The event was held at the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.
