Bomgar, BeyondTrust, Avecto, and Lieberman Software are coming together as one company, with a focus on Empowered Privileged Access. Their go forward company name is BeyondTrust, with a new logo, color palette, and style.
As part of this consolidation, the BeyondTrust brand has been redesigned, the Bomgar, Avecto, and Lieberman Software brand names have been retired, and several product names have been updated. While these trusted and respected brands have served them and their customers well over the years, the updated brand best represents the strength of our combined portfolio and strategic vision for the future.
Although the new name is new to many, their entire customer and partner community can rest assured that they will continue to deliver the same high-quality products, support, and services they have come to expect.
BeyondTrust is not retiring any products offered by the combined companies at this time, and they will continue to invest in all products currently in the product portfolio. Some products will experience a name change, and all products will see changes to their user interface that will reflect new brand elements such as logos and colors. They anticipate these changes will continue through 2019. As these updates occur, BeyondTrust will communicate them in a timely manner to customers and partners.
Additionally, their combined resources and talent will allow them to more quickly bring to market innovative software that improves the security posture of their customers without forcing them to compromise business agility or productivity. They’re excited to join forces and work with their more than 20,000 combined customers to address their biggest security challenges today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
