Navara – RJR Innovations Partnership Means Giant Leap Forward for Mobility
Atlanta, Georgia – For more than a decade, Atlanta-based middleware company Navara has been working with leading Solution Providers to offer users quick to develop and deploy mobile process enablement solutions. Thanks to a recent partnership with RJR Innovations, the process of mobilizing applications within the private or public sector, has just gotten easier. Navara and RJR have signed a Master Reseller agreement that allows RJR to be the exclusive reseller in North America and France for Navara’s Mobility Suite for Service Desk Express.
Navara’s mobile middleware platform, which will be renamed “RJR Mobility Suite for Service Desk Express Powered by Navara” will replace RJR’s existing mobile SDE solution. The Navara-powered solution offers greater flexibility, customization and functionality, according to RJR President and CEO Robert Beauchamp. It will mean big benefits for their clients.
“We’re adding mobility to a product that we’ve been working with for 15 years,” says Beauchamp. “Today, everything is going mobile and everyone has a mobile device in their hands. This solution will allow them to work with devices they are already comfortable with.” RJR Mobility Suite for Service Desk Express will be added to the RJR Business Management Solution, a package that encompasses six to eight products from different vendors.
“The return on investment for our clients is huge. The solution will allow them to manage their assets more easily. Rather than techs running between floors to update systems, they will have the ability to update from anywhere. Mobility simplifies the work process,” says Beauchamp.
The partnership simplifies things for Navara too. Moving forward, RJR will be the first level of support for the product, which will centralize support and guarantee a high level of expertise.
