The State of Minnesota Government IT Symposium, a three-day event held December 8th-10th, 2009, at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, provided up-to-date information, education and resources on the latest developments in IT trends, technologies, applications, products and services. Both Natalie Beauchamp, Operations Officer and Ron Sorrell, VP & Support Manager, from RJR Innovations attended the event and had the pleasure of meeting several of their clients at their exhibition booth.
Ron presented the following session: Securing a Better Balance between Service Support, Service Automation & Service Assurance.
