It was with great pleasure that we were able to participate in the Annual Bruce Denniston Golf Tournament again this year on May 15, 2014. Each year brings new success and fresh initiatives to this annual golf tournament where all proceeds go to the Bruce Denniston Bone Marrow Society charity.  A golf tournament in the middle of May, in Canada, is often very unpredictable with regards to what kind of weather we could receive and luckily it was all sun and fun this year! The RJR Team had a blast participating in this event. As this charity is near and dear to RJR, we not only participate as golfers but also sponsor this tournament and assist in collecting prizes and silent auction items from our network.

The RJR Team worked at two holes, one with a prize of  Golf Range Finders donated by RJR, and another with a prize of a Callaway driver donated by the Charbonneau Family on behalf of The Scott FireFit Championships Organization. RJR collectively raised over $800.

The Bruce Denniston Bone Marrow Society has an ongoing pledge to help the Canadian Blood Services Campaign for All Canadians raise $12M. To date, the Campaign has raised $8M and counting. This golf tournament is the largest supporting event of the Bruce Denniston Bone Marrow Society and therefore we thank everyone who helped make this day another success, and especially to all those who donated to this great cause!
