We’re back again to catch some Tuna!!

RJR Innovations participated in the International Tuna Cup Challenge in North Lake Harbour, PEI, on September 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2012.

This year there were 28 teams from all over the globe in the catch-and-release tournament. The challenge starts off with a kick-off get-together and boat draw followed by local entertainment and an open oyster and muscle bar on September 11 sponsored by RJR Innovations.

Every day, members of the Tuna Cup Challenge are on their boats from 8am to 4pm in a friendly competition to catch the largest Tuna. Below you can see a picture of RJR’s Team reeling in a 7ft tuna on board the Lady Dawn on September 14.

There was a new event added this year; the Tuna Cup Golf Tournament at Rollo Bay Greens where Damian Flannery and Rick Koenders were part of the winning team and were very happy to take home the trophy.
