If you use Incident Monitor, you may find that results can be very slow in responding when a search may include a large number of records, e.g. list of closed calls for a client.
To resolve, please upgrade to patch 10.0.1.123 by clicking here and run the script within the following link by clicking here.
Once you run this script, it will add a record to the NAMSYSPROPERTIES table and will be in effect on the next IISReset.
